Select the products you would like to buy, these products will end up in your bag.
To continue with the payment you have to open your bag and fill in your data and billing information. If you follow the steps your payment will be completed.

How do I pay?

To pay your products you can use iDEAL or PayPal, first you have to agree with the terms and conditions of our website. Follow the steps, if you have completed all the steps you have payed and you will get a confirmation in your mailbox.


How does my order gets shipped?

Your order will be shipped via postNL, you will receive an track&trace code when your order has been send.

Custom product

Create a custom product, how does it work?

You can get your own products customized by our artists. You have to choose the product and describe your idea, size and choose the artist you prefer to make the design.
Fill in your data and we will send you an invoice, which you can confirm or decline.


What is the estimated time of delivery?

We will try to get your products at your home within a week, we have to ask for your understanding for the fact that the time of delivery can take a little bit longer. This is because all our products are handmade.


Is there a shop I can go to?

We do not have a shop of pick-up location, we only sell our products via our website and ship them with PostNL. You do have the possibility to choose to pick up your order at a PostNL location.


Do I have to make an account?

You can create an account on our website, where you can fill in your data. We will never share, sell or trade your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data will only be used for this website and only to ship your order to the right address. You can make things easier for yourself to shop on our website if you create an account, but it is totally up to you! You can also make orders without creating an account.


How do I return my order?

You can find the return form in the link below, fill in your data and put a copy of the return form in the box. Please cut out the return address and stick it onto the box! You can return your order within 14 days after you receive the package. When we have received your package we will pay back the full amount you paid including shipping costs. The costs for returning the package are for your own account and risk.The article(s) you return have to be unused, in original state and wrapping.

If the product is custom made, you cannot send it back or trade it, if this is the case you can get in contact with us on support@blackbear.ink

Always keep the proof of shipment, if there is any trouble with the package you have send back, it will be at your own risk. If we received the package that you have returned we will notify you.
