How do I order?

Select the products you would like to buy, these products will end up in your bag.
To continue with the payment you have to open your bag and fill in your data and billing information. If you follow the steps your payment will be completed.


Payment methods

How do I pay?

To pay your products you can use iDEAL or PayPal, first you have to agree with the terms and conditions of our website. Follow the steps, if you have completed all the steps you have payed and you will get a confirmation in your mailbox.


Shipment

How does my order gets shipped?

Orders that are in stock in the shop are sent directly via PostNL, you will receive a track & trace code when your order is shipped.

Many of the products in our webshop are custom made, and are send out directly from our manufacturer. We aim to produce the order and deliver it to your home in 17 working days.


Delivery

What is the estimated time of delivery?

We try to deliver stock products to your location within a week.

Many products are made especially for you after ordering!
Making your product + shipping takes up to 17 business days.

All our products are handmade, which means that the delivery time can sometimes be a bit longer.
We hope for your understanding!


Shop

Is there a shop I can go to?

Most products are only sold on the webshop.
Yet sometimes there is a small stock available in our shops in Eindhoven and Utrecht.


Account

Do I have to make an account?

You can create an account on our website, where you can fill in your data. We will never share, sell or trade your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data will only be used for this website and only to ship your order to the right address. You can make things easier for yourself to shop on our website if you create an account, but it is totally up to you! You can also make orders without creating an account.


Returning

How do I return my order?

You need to contact us within a week of receipt to return your product. You will get a returnform from us and we’ll provide you with the return adress.

Do not send it back to the adress that is on the package!

The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. As soon as the package is back to us, the entire amount paid including any shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 14 days. The costs for returning are for your own account.

The article must be unused, in its original condition and packaging – if possible – returned. If the product is personal in nature, you can unfortunately not return it.
